Prices Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Postage and packaging charges are extra. Discount Motoring Limited is a company registered in Scotland with company number 443153, our VAT registration number is GB157 7862 62.Our current postage and packaging rates (UK Mainland) are as follows:

Contact us for a quote on any large light items which can often carry a surcharge. Please note that some bulkier items may be charged at a higher rate. If you purchase multiple items and we are unable to group them into one delivery, extra postage and packaging may be charged. We will always confirm this with you before sending. Delivery to some areas carries a delivery surcharge e.g. Islands and Northern Ireland.
Delivery
Please note that while we do always try to dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase, this is not always possible. If we cannot dispatch an order within 24 hours we will inform you via the contact information you provide.
We will contact you once your order has been dispatched, most orders will be delivered in 2-5 working days.
We send orders via Royal Mail or via other couriers depending on the size of the order. You may have to sign for your delivery so please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address who can do this.
Discount Motoring is not accountable for any damage caused during transit. If you would like us to refund or replace any item(s), please return the item(s) to us according to the returns policy outlined below.
Discount Motoring reserves the right to refuse a transaction without prior warning.
Returns and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange it or refund your payment.
- Cancellations can be made up to the point when we dispatch your order at no cost.
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted for up to 14 working days from the date of receipt.
- Postage and packaging on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent).
- All returned merchandise must be in a resaleable condition.
